After nearly two years of internal work, we’re launching the beta release of our new Solution Platform, designed to make it easier than ever to get the tech you need in a smart, budget-friendly way.
Once you register, it’s 5 EASY STEPS:
(1) Tell us about your issue with the “Add New Issue” button.
(2) We’ll review your issue and propose an itemized list of solutions for you.
(3) Approve and purchase your individual solutions to get started.
(4) We’ll build your solutions and update you on your progress.
(5) Confirm your solution or request correction within 7 weekdays of completion.
We believe this new approach will allow us to serve you with more efficiency, transparency, and quality than ever before! But our new model does mean some things are changing:
#1 – You Get Flat Fees for Clearly Defined Services. You’ll no longer need to wonder how many Work Sessions need to be scheduled to get things done. Once you approve and purchase your solution, we’ll begin work immediately within our normal 9am-6pm M-F business hours. This means faster turnaround and less time commitment from you compared to our previous model.
#2 – Hourly Sessions Are Still Available, But… we’ll reserve these for open collaboration, such as developing information architecture for a website or app, design and content creation, and feature specification. We’ll continue to schedule these sessions at mutually convenient times.
#3 – We’re Still Human. You’ll be getting email updates every step of the way, but we’ll also be available via web chat, phone, or video for order review, customer support, and product consultation in order to get you satisfactory outcomes.

I want to thank all of you who have been our clients over the last several years as well as those of you who now are coming on board because of this new platform. As you probably have heard us say before, good things take time, and this project is no exception. We’re constantly updating and improving based on your feedback, and we’re excited to build the most seamless and user-friendly platform for digital and technical services out there.
